Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a track record of providing outstanding technical support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills in relevant technologies and products.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Provide timely and effective customer support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge in hardware and software products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate‘s degree in Computer Science or related field.
